Refunds and cancellation

Try before you pay

Every account gets a free trial of the full chat experience, with no card required, so you can decide whether Likewise is for you before subscribing.

Cancelling

You can cancel Likewise Plus or Plus Voice at any time from your account page (Manage billing). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, including partial billing periods and unused voice credits, except where a refund is required by law. If you are in a country whose consumer law gives you a right to withdraw from a digital subscription, that right applies.

If you were charged in error (for example a duplicate charge, or a renewal after you cancelled), email us and we will put it right.

Who processes payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, which appears on your statement. Any refund is issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method.
