Draft for review by counsel before launch. Not legal advice.

Terms of Service

The service

Likewise lets you chat with AI personas: fictional characters generated by AI. Personas are not real people, do not represent any real individual, and can be wrong. Don't rely on them for medical, legal, financial or other professional advice.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or older to use Likewise.

Acceptable use

• No attempts to extract other users' data, overload the service, or bypass limits.
• No use of the service to create content that is illegal, sexual content involving minors, or content that harasses real people.
• No automated access or resale without written permission.

Subscriptions

Likewise Plus renews automatically each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fair-use limits apply to message volume.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that break these terms. You can delete your account at any time.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before a claim.
